Many years back, God gave precise instruction to the then king of isreal called Saul saying "Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them." This anger of the Lord is as a result of something terrible that the Amalekites did against God's people.

In those days when the isrealites move, they move in a regimented formation. The levites at the front, followed by the warriors and then the women and children at the back.

Deut 25 vs 17 -19 said that the Amalekites being cowards like the present day terrorist groups will usually attack isreal women and children from the back, which angered God tremendously.

In the mighty name of Jesus I decree that situations that has taken advantage of your weakness, situations that are mocking your disadvantage, helpless situations in your life are totally destroyed today.

Then God gave Moses a divine revelation on how to destroy the Amaleks called " LIFTED HANDS "

Exodus 17:8-11 Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

The bible said as long as Moses hands was lifted, isreal won, when Moses hands are down Amalekites prevailed.

Firstly lifted hands signifies Thanksgiving. and prayers that should never lack in your life and homes. Colossians 4:2 (Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;)

Secondly lifted hands signifies Salvation and boldness in the Lord. Psalms 24:4(He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.)

Thirdly lifted hands signies Dominion and Victory in God Habakkuk 3:10(The mountains saw thee, and they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, and lifted up his hands on high.)

Lastly lifted hands signifies Blessing from Our Lord and Saviour. Luke 24:50(And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.)

Did you notice that it was Moses two hands that was lifted on the mountain? five fingers is the number of grace, ten fingers is the number of double grace. I decree that as you lift up your hands continually to God in prayers and Thanksgiving , no mountain shall be able to stand before you, your household and the works of your hands in the mighty name of JESUS.
